We offer programmes designed to help change organisational culture and to improve both individual and team performance against your competency framework, always focusing on the needs identified by a training needs analysis.
We also offer a range of tools including MBTI®, SDI® and MiRo© that will help your staff assess their development needs. Courses can be designed around these needs. Alternatively, we can offer one-to-one coaching to meet client needs directly.
Our programmes address skills in leadership, management, communication, personal effectiveness, team development and customer service. Whether delivered in the classroom or online (via platforms such as Webex, Adobe Connect, Zoom, Skype for Business etc), they are fully interactive, practical and focused. We provide lots of tips and techniques for participants to use, as well as material that can be taken away for later reflection and consolidation of learning.
To cater for all learning styles we include exercises, questionnaires, case studies, simulations, discussion and peer evaluation. Participants are encouraged to develop action plans so that they commit to implementing their learning.
