Jacqui Bishop MA, BA (Hons), PGCE, MCIM, Dip M, MInstLM

Before developing her own consultancy business, Jacqui worked in banking, retailing, engineering and higher education. She has a successful track record of designing and delivering marketing and management training programmes across Europe, the USA and Asia. She is a qualified life coach and an accredited MBTI® and MiRo© practitioner. Jacqui also writes and lectures regularly on marketing and management and is a Lecturer at Boston University. She is a past Chief Examiner of Leading Marketing (CIM) and External Verifier for The Executive Diploma (CIPS).

Joanna Markham MA

Joanna has 17 years’ experience teaching and lecturing in higher education. She has designed and delivered training and coaching programmes for companies ranging from sole-traders to large multinationals. She works with clients who are concerned with the front-line issues and problems of managing and communicating with people. Joanna also holds two non-executive directorships.

Mandy Rossi BA (Hons)

Mandy is a highly skilled, learner-centred facilitator with extensive experience in sales, recruitment and the travel sector. She has managed several major projects including setting up and developing call centres, and designing creative behavioural-change courses for a wide range of companies. Mandy is a skilled and dedicated personal coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. She is a member of a variety of professional bodies, including CIPD and ANLP.

Jo Stephanos MCIPD

Jo is a qualified and highly experienced development consultant with particular skills in the design and delivery of management development, leadership and client services programmes, delivered for clients across both the public and private sectors. She is results focused and commercially minded with the ability to quickly evaluate and provide solutions to many businesses challenges. Jo is Chief Examiner for the EDI awarding body, accredited to administer the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI) and tutor for the Learning and Development Module of CIPD PDS Qualification.

Alison Townley BA (Hons), MCIPD

Alison’s transition into training and development was prompted by a desire to provide flexible solutions to clients through a range of approaches to training, behavioural competences and performance management.  She has designed and delivered training to support change programmes and provided coaching to managers at all organisational levels. Alison has worked on projects in Turkey, South Africa, ex-Yugoslavia, the USA and Spain. Alison is MBTI® qualified.
