The Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 has resulted in many organisations requiring staff to work from home.  BBD is a specialist in providing staff development training for the agile workforce, both for team members seeking to maximise their effectiveness in this environment and for managers seeking to maintain cohesion and productivity.

Since 2014 BBD has been providing remote training and development programmes, in a virtual classroom setting, for organisations with staff working remotely or peripatetically –in the field, in a satellite office or at home.
